Yesterday went to gym with jinjin wh, jx, joc + jin jin friendss...

Do the tummy flatten exercise... Like no effect on me leh wonder y...!
Conclusion should be I too lazy liao!...

then we went to ate at macdonald (Note hor I use then not than got improvement?) haha
